New patient to Bay Hill Eye Care and my first experience was excellent. Dr. Bui really took her time with me and made sure I left with the right lenses! I would highly recommend this location and Dr. Bui for anyone needing a new optometrist in the Central Florida area.

UPDATED: While my first initial experience was wonderful, my last few experiences were not so great. When I ordered my glasses I said I did not want the Transitions- when I pick it up and drove home... they transitioned... I immediately called back and they said they would order new lenses. Next- I ordered new contact lenses... I get home put them in and my eyes weren't adjusting to them properly and I look at the box and I was given a slightly different prescription... I called to let them know and they said they would order new contact lenses. I understand we all make mistakes but I cant say that this overall experience has been great.

This was the worst eye doctor experience I have ever had. Expect to have products that you don't want or need forced upon you. You'll leave there office feeling taken advantage of and with a significantly lighter wallet.

Paid about 800.00 for glasses I can't even wear. Nice place, but I'd get your glasses somewhere else, very overpriced.

I have been going to Bay Hill Eye Care for some time now, but will not continue to.
I recently started using my own insurance and have been trying to save money. And since then, I have felt a lot of negativity from my doctor. I do not always get the answers that I need. I once asked him a question about my eye sight worsening and his response was, "Let's not worry about that right now." 
When he offered me daily contact lenses, I tried them out, took them back, and told him I would rather have my old lenses to save money. 
When I told him, I could not help but notice this bad attitude. He was very abrupt after that and did not offer me any other options. I do not feel comfortable going here anymore. It seems that this certain doctor is about money and not the needs of the client. The rest of the staff were nice though.

I have been going to Bay Hill Eye Care for 12 years at least! The business setting is attractive and convenient in the Dr. Phillips area. Dr. Coughlin has taken good care of me…very kind, courteous, and answers my questions. His place of business is very clean and modern looking. The associates are also very helpful and courteous and they have the latest in fashion wear.
