This guy “Ron” at the Oak Creek WI location is the absolute worst! He is rude and very short. I excused his behavior the first time I came in (even thought I shouldn’t have) but back again and he still has this horrible attitude! There was another lady who called and spoke with him on my behalf and her exact words were “he’s a tool!” Not to mention he “acts” like he’s not “Ron” when you bring it to his attention. You stand there and wait for him to acknowledge you when he wants not to mention he never looks at you until he wants to make a rude ass comment. As I sat and waited for my brake inspection I noticed that he picks and choose who he wants to “be nice too”. Unbelievable!!  No worries I’m sure there are many auto companies that would appreciate my $976! Get it together!!!!

Me: I need a tire mounted and balanced please. Employee: is it a new tire? Me: it us a used tire (with 5 miles on it) Employee: we would not be able to do that for you. We service new tires exclusively.

So apparently Tires Plus has changed their policy and won't mount and balance any tire that you bring to them, you have to buy a brand new tire from them only. What a joke.

Congratulations, I bought tires from you in the past but will never again.

Always extremely busy with long wait times. Service is good but will buy tires elsewhere from now on. Disappointed recently waiting 1.5hrs to find out my flat tire was unrepairable and that i needed at least 3 tires (2 for low tread and the road hazard one). Road hazard plus remaining 15,000 miles warranty on each tire only amounted to $15 total credit. Would cost $40 just for the road hazard on the 4 new tires. Cheapest set of tires would be $550. Went elsewhere for $380. They apparently don't need or want repeat business.
