Scheduled an appointment, never received a phone call or email confirmation to verify that I was on the schedule. Had to call in to find out that they couldn't fulfill my requested appointment that day. When you schedule an appointment online, the email confirmation states that a representative will call you directly if the appointment cannot be scheduled, and if it is in fact scheduled, you would receive an email saying so. I got neither of those notifications...Do better.

Great service, reasonable rates. I went in late in the day with a leaky tire; they fit me into their busy schedule without an appointment  and I was out in about an hour with a new tire at a reasonsable price.

They didn't try to overcharge or upsell me. They did what I needed and got me on my way. Only giving four stars because it took a long time.

I was talked into a credit card from them and was lied to. The gentleman that helped said it was an in house finance card. That it would not affect my credit. It did. By a lot. It took me months to recover my credit where it was before I got card from this place. Deceptive practices. Will tell you anything to sell you thier product. Terrible!!!
