I am a contractor and I use Titan often. Jason and his crews are responsive, honest and do great work. If there has ever been an issue with anything, they are quick to respond and that is perhaps the best comment one can give in an industry where service is everything. Don’t hesitate to use Titan. They are great folks and do great work.

Jason Daniels with Titan's Electrical have been servicing my electrical needs for over 10 years. He has provided service to my residence and commercial building. He (and staff) is prompt, courteous, ethical, and I have been satisfied in all cases.

I was so pleased with the quality of work and professionalism shown by Eric and Nick from Titans.  They were able to troubleshoot an issue and offer an affordable solution, for which I was very grateful.  We will definitely use them again!

This will be long but please read. If you want a good price on simple work, please DO NOT hire Titans Electrical. 

We needed someone to come look at our kitchen light because there were wires exposed and we had no idea what we were looking at. Our electrician came at about 10 minuets to 1:00 pm. He checked out our kitchen light and suggested it would be cheaper to replace. We went to The Home Depot and picked out a light that was best, a 4 ft LED. The company bought the light (I couldn’t because of an issue on my part), it came out to be $89 and some change including tax. 

We got back to my house and he started replacing it. It took all of 20 minutes. We asked him how much it would cost. He said “I’m not sure. I’m just a ‘worker’, I don’t set the price.” Which was bs. Anyway, the total cost came out to be $338.00. THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT DOLLARS. For something as simple as installing a new light. I cannot wrap my head around that. They upcharged the light $30. So just the light came out to be $118. The labor was $220. Mind you that he was barely with us for 2 hours. The thing that took the most time was being at The Home Depot. 

The only reason why I didn’t rate them 1 star is because he did a good job. Other than that, they robbed us blind. If we went somewhere else, or called a neighborhood handyman, it would have cost hundreds less, not including the light hardware. If you want quality work, sure, hire them. But it comes at an insanely expensive cost. I will never hire them again for anything. They can take their outrageous prices and go somewhere else.

Jason and his team are the best of the best! They were punctual, efficient and wanted to be as least intrusive as possible. We had a flicker in our bathrooms upstairs and they didn’t give up till they fixed the problem. They have our business for life! When you find an electrician that you can trust, that is affordable and the entire team is kind, you hold on to them forever!!
