Title Boxing is fantastic. Everything about the workout is great. It's truly dependent on how hard you are willing to push yourselves, but the trainers are also REALLY good about identifying opportunities to work with and push you a little bit harder. It is easily the best workout out there. The trainers are fantastic people, and you quickly become a part of the "group," getting to know other members.

I'm surprised at the complaints of the difficulty to get out of the membership. First off, why on earth would you WANT to cancel your membership, and second, it's actually incredibly easy. Sure, you have to submit some paperwork to their corporate office, but it is no trouble at all (I had to when I moved out of the area, but now I am back and picked it right back up). 

Regardless, I recommend Title Boxing Falls Church to any and everyone. It is so much fun and one of the toughest hours of your day. You will have a blast.

I love the Falls Church Title boxing.  I used to go in Palm Beach Gardens and was worried I would never be able to find a studio as good as that one.  Falls Church definitely delivers.  The instructors are high energy, the studio is clean and easy to get too, and lots of free parking.  It would be awesome if they could fix the sound system b/c sometimes I can't hear the instructor perfectly, but I usually can figure it out.  The instructors give clear instructions and do lots of demos.  Great time.  Great work out!

If you are not pursuing a career as a boxer, get a gym membership where there is more variety and they cost less money. Think about it, if people actually liked coming here, they wouldn’t need such binding contracts. Their classes would keep people coming back, not their pushy salespeople and legally binding contracts. I bet most people go to two classes like I did and never return because I can do all of those exercises without a punchbag and other sweaty bodies right next to me. 
So if you are not SERIOUS about taking $99 a month worth of classes, DO NOT sign up for their “First Session Only” deal when your debating if you even saw the instructor through the array of punch bags. Seriously, if you attend more than three classes, then sign up, but trust me, you will pay $1,000’s for something you tried for fun and will discover the price does not meet the fun factor.

DO NOT SIGN ANY TYPE OF DEAL OR CONTRACT! 
Unless you move or die you cannot break the contract.

I love being a Title member. The trainers are so friendly and supportive, and the whole environment is so encouraging. When I joined Title, I wanted to learn how to fight as well as get a good workout in. The trainers bring that and more! Each class is different, and the trainers are always willing to work with you and answer your questions. I really feel like I'm learning and improving with their help. The power hours are one of the best parts of my week! Working out at Title feels amazing, during and after. The weight loss is real, and honestly, I've never felt healthier, physically and mentally. Boxing is cheaper than therapy, right? :)

PROCEED WITH CAUTION-- as others have mentioned do not sign a contract, and even if you are a month-to-month member, BEWARE!  After one annual membership, we learned our lesson about the absolute enforcement approach here, and went month-to-month on our next try.  Tried to cancel with 30 day notice per the email directions we received from them, and still got charged two more months; credit card company was unable to recover one of the two months, even though we provided copies of the email with the instructions and the on-time request to cancel.  Cancellation request was conveniently ignored by the company.  Buyer BEWARE
