I have worked with Titus on two residential remodels.  I have received nothing less than honesty and transparency throughout each project.  Their team goes the extra mile starting with design and consultation, finding the right materials that fit within my budget and standing behind the workmanship during and after completion.  I am planning to start my third remodel project with them this summer and could not be more excited to enjoy the finished product.  Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

The Titus team succeeded in bringing my dreams to reality - and in fact, truly exceeded my dreams.  True to their mission and vision statement, Lee, Greg, and the rest of the team focused on what I needed to move forward with my project. They communicated honestly, listened to my vision, and shared their incredible expertise which resulted in having a relationship filled with trust.  Always conscious of staying on schedule and budget, the team brought an amazing kitchen and bath to reality for me.  Every day, I walk into those rooms and smile with gratitude that I am fortunate enough to work with the Titus team.

Titus Contracting transformed the main level of our home.  Everyone that came into our home was friendly, professional and did a great job. Our kitchen is beautiful and the workmanship is amazing. Dale kept the project moving and on budget.  They completed our remodel ahead of schedule and we highly recommend them.

The sense of dread that can accompany major home improvement projects can be a deterrent.  Who do you trust?  Will they complete the project within a reasonable proximity to the original time estimate?   Will the contractor listen to what you have to say?   And most importantly, will the result be of the quality and realize the vision that you want? 

In my experience with Titus Contracting...and specifically, Scott Rajavouri...all those things were realized in the most positive sense.  The projects we contracted were spread over a three year period (from 2007 thru 2011 with a year off in the middle) and the continuity and communication always met or exceeded expectations.  Mr. Rajavouri is not only personable, his expertise in the field is comprehensive.  He knows how to attain the result you are aiming for.  He is a problem solver...and that's very important.  For the creatively inclined, who tend to think outside of the box, this is an additional asset.  He gets it...and can then make it happen. 

In the time period involved, the subcontractors that Mr. Rajavouri employed were not only highly skilled in their specific field, there seemed to be a mutual professional respect between them.  That is one of those ineffable things that you can't always define but you know it when you see it...and the results are first rate.

So...as you can already tell...I would recommend Titus Contracting for your residential home improvement/remodeling projects...particular if Scott Rajavouri is heading the team.
