Christy was super friendly & got back to us quickly to answer our Q's, & worked w/ us to find a used hot tub to fit our budget. Very knowledgeable.

Pool opening was very disappointing.  We were charged to change out 4 jet caps for the "opening" and they didn't even start the pump.  And this was after they didn't even take off they jet caps the first time they were out last week to open the pool.  In that visit they just took off  the pool cover.  Of course, we were charged for each visit.  We've used them for 14 years... this will be our last.  It's the first time we were disappointed in the service, and when we called, we were told it was our fault... Service person didn't even knock on the door, and we were home the entire day.

Super friendly and helpful. Nice store with much to offer. We were looking for a hot tub and shopped all 3 of their stores. Everyone was more than willing to go out of their way to help. Cant say enough about their service.
