The Friends of Toco Hill Library was formed to support and advocate for our library in Decatur, GA. and the DeKalb County Library System.
The purpose of this organization shall be to serve as a 501(c)(3) organization that assists the Toco Hill Branch of the DeKalb County (Georgia) Public Library System to develop programs to meet current community needs; to assist in promoting knowledge of and participation in library programs; to aid in providing funds to meet special library needs; and to provide a channel for individuals and organizations to express ideas and make suggestions for library use and services.

To join, stop by Toco Hill Library and ask for a Friends of the Library Membership Form. Complete the form and mail it or deliver to the branch with your payment. Annual memberships are:
