Wonderful experience. I did not know that all dentists did not perform routine procedures. This is what brought me to Today's Dental. Very happy that they perform a variety of services. I do not want to be referred to a 'specialist' unless necessary since they charge 5x the amount. The staff was super friendly and my visit was great!

I read the other reviews mentioning their billing practices but figured it wouldn't be an issue because I have very good dental insurance... I was wrong.

I gave them my insurance information during my cleaning but they could not tell me how much the work I needed would cost.

So I called my insurance and was told it would be fully covered.

But when I was leaving the second appointment and they said my insurance wouldn't cover the bill at all. I told them that was crazy and after looking it up again they somehow divined that I should pay about half the bill before I left and threatened to begin charging 15% interest if I didn't.

Later I found out my insurance actually covered the procedure in full and they were paid twice.

Even after that it took two months of calls to convince them to issue me a refund.

The worst part is the work wasn't even all that great. After they worked on it the tooth hurt for weeks and food constantly got stuck between it but I couldn't go back to get it fixed because they still refused to give me a refund for my first visit.

So I've had to see another dentist to get the work done properly.

I can’t express enough how much I Love Love Today’s dental! They have nothing but amazing customer service amazing payment plans and top of the line equipment you need something done they most likely can do it in the office. I recommend them to anyone I know I’m the area, I admit I moved to Des Moines few months back and I make the drive it’s worth it and I promise you their service won’t leave you disappointed!

Kristen, my hygienist is the best !!! She is very thorough, friendly and most of all was very considerate when I forgot my appointments :-) Everyone is professional, friendly and I am proud to be their patient.

I love going to Today's Dental! From the moment I walk in everyone is so friendly. I love being able to have an early (7:30) appointment. Amy always greets me with a smile. Kirsten is always great as my hygienist. And Dr. Newington is also awesome as a dentist. Thanks for all that you do!
