From the front desk to the dentist, this is a wonderful office. The assistants are knowledge, kind & extremely professional. Dr. Tan showed such a degree of professionalism and compassion. I have never received such great dental care in my life. Will and have recommended to everyone. Such a blessing to me.

My family has been going here since they opened many years ago. We have had cleanings, root canals, fillings, sealants, had a chipped tooth fixed and had a bad tooth pulled. The waiting room and bathroom are always clean, the staff is friendly and when we make appointments they always work with our busy schedules (they also take walk-ins). My kids love the staff and enjoy going for cleanings. Though the waiting room and some of the treatments rooms can be really cold (even in summer), so take a jacket.

Been here many times. Always easy in and out. Dr. Tan was nice, funny, and did a great job each time. The dentists and assistants are very friendly and informative. I never consider going anywhere else. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been to this dentist's office before and seen Dr. Kim. He always did a good job. However, I had a painful, decayed, infected back tooth and needed to be seen by whoever was available. When I called the office, I was able to get an appointment for the next day. When I got to the dentist's office, I was called back immediately, which I thought was good. I was to see a Dr. Tan. Dr. Tan was nice, and told me that the tooth needed to come out. She numbed the area and left me in the chair in a position with my head down and my feet elevated. No one came in to check on me and I was in the chair for three hours. Finally, when Dr. Tan came in the second time after she had numbed me, she started working on my tooth. I told her that it was still hurting. She then said that she was not bragging on her numbing technique, but that the area had to be numb. She said that since it was decayed that she might have to dig around down there and if I was feeling pain, she could not do that. She did not offer me nitrous oxide or more lidocane. She sent me home without extracting the tooth. She prescribed antibiotics for a week and then said we would try again. While I was in the chair, I was so cold that my feet were actually shaking. I was never offered a blanket or asked if I was OK. This office is always so loud as they have music playing and everyone is always talking to each other about their weekends or what they did the night before. I need a peaceful area when I am in a lot of pain. I went home and looked up dentists in Birmingham and found a great one that removed my tooth the next day. I will not be going back to this dentist's office.
