Please do not contract this company, very rude &  unprofessional.

Needed four faucets installed and leaky drains fixed.  Called Toftoy because had great service in the past.  Unfortunately, this time I was not as satisfied.  He was no call-no show for the first appointment.  I had to call to reschedule (waiting over the weekend) and he was no call-no show for the second appointment.  I had to call him again.  Finally showed up on the third appointment.

He refused to give an estimate.  So I paid $200 for the kitchen faucet and drain repair.  He only stayed 2 hours and did not finish because he got tired.  He returned the next day to finish.  Again, I asked for an estimate with no answers.  After two trips to Lowe's he slapped me with another $372 bill.  Although it was a one day job, he charged two (2) service call fees!  He charged me $92 for some tubes and nuts:
(2) 3/8 supply tubes...$10
(2) Brass supply nuts...$6
(2) plastic ferrels...$2
(1) 1/2 trap...$8
(1) 1.5 ext. tail piece...$6
(6) one piece supply tubes...$60

I don't mind paying mark-up, but I feel it was a little excessive.  The only reason it is 2 stars vice 1 is that I think the actual work done was done right.  However, the refusal to give estimates and then probable overcharge for supplies lead me to post this buyer beware.  

If I am wrong, let me know and I will update, but this did not feel right, but after waiting 5 days for service, I let him continue.  If you do want to use him, make sure he is not injured because it will cost YOU in labor charges!
