I am very thankful to have been recommended Lisa Swardenski for a realtor when needing to put my Mother’s house on the market.  She has a warm and engaging personality and worked very hard.  Lisa was knowledgeable about the market and comparable home costs. She recommended other reliable professionals when I asked for them. She was very professional and knew how to get potential buyers into the home.  She worked full time and kept me in the loop.  This communication was key to keeping me comfortable during this process.  Professional pictures and video made the home really stand out.  She did wonderful staging that made the home look welcoming, and what was fresh and new really stood out.  She understood what needed to be done getting the house ready for the market and was instrumental in getting this house sold.  This was a super positive experience!

I am thrilled the I get a chance to commend Lisa Swardenski for the great job she did in helping me in getting my home. She diligently worked with me through the entire process and offered invaluable insight. From my initial offer through closing Lisa looked out for us like she was buying the house herself. She was able to provide me with excellent recommendations for the inspection, pest control services and even trash pick up ! I cant say enough about how well she looked out for us during the whole process and I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed !!

Working with Lisa Swardenski was a very pleasant experience.  She is a true one stop shop if you need to buy or purchase a home.  She set realistic timelines and goals for my home and went the extra mile helping me stage the home for the best look.  She is very knowledgeable about the selling process and was very responsive to all my my questions and needs.  If you have a home to sell, reach out to her ASAP!

Bill was awesome!  I was returning home from Columbia SC, and I looked for almost 3 years.  Bill stuck with me the whole time!  He was always right on top of any of my request for viewing, and there were a lot.  He always had my best interest at heart.  He was fun to work with and very experienced.  He helped me at every turn with great advice once we found "The House". Was there holding my hand through all the closing process.  I will always sing his praises.  He is a great agent!

Our agent, Kara Williams is a top notch professional! She helped us sell our home in a short amount of time while showing us multiple listings until we found the perfect home to move into! Kara is approachable, responsive & works to close the sale. Can't recommend her enough!! Five gold stars🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖
