Had a power issue that knocked out my power in my garage, kitchen, and dinner room lights last night. I called someone last night to come out and they did a temporary fix and was talking that it would take up to 5 hours to fix it. So needless to say , I had that person leave after I paid. So this morning I called Allen Electrical Services and made appointment for this afternoon, with earlier appointment of one comes available. Good things work out, cause a earlier appointment came available for 10-noon. A gentleman showed up by the name Drew from them. He introduced him self and was very professional. I explained to him what had happened with the power and showed what the other person did. He explained what he would look for and the cost of what it would be which I was very okay with. Drew began to dissect the problem with each outlet and explain to me what he was looking. Within no time at all , he found the source of the problem and began to fix and go back to check to make sure I had power throughout the circuit. Drew was very knowledgeable with his profession and I highly recommend this company and him to come out to fix any problems you have. I plain on using them for any other problems that I might have in the future. Thank you Drew for you work sir!!

We all know the sting of an $800 invoice for a seemingly simple job. I don't feel that with these guys. They were open and honest. Make sure you discuss all fees before they visit and get it in writing. As with anything in life.

Was very pleased with the tech (Drew).  He was very courteous and communicative, including making and answering phone calls during the multi-day job that I had him on.

Allen is great, they are on time, very professional, and they explain what they are doing and why. I've hired them twice so far and have been pleased both times. They are higher in price than some other places but I guess that goes to the old saying "you get what you pay for".
