I locked my keys in my truck, called them, and they arrived within 10 minutes. Had my truck unlocked under 2 minutes and at very good price! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great service!

This is the place to go for any lock or key needs! I had bought a chip programmable key from Tom about 6 months ago [at less than half the price of everyone else, I might add!] and I thought I had done what was needed to make the key work to start my car, but apparently I didn't. I went out of town the next day, and then just kind of forgot about it. Over 6 months later I happened to be back in the shop for something else, and remembering my key, asked about it. Tom took it to my car, worked for just a couple of minutes, and now my key works perfectly! What impressed me the most was, before I left, Tom told me, "now if you have any more problems with this key, bring it back and we'll get you a new one". After 6 months he was not obligated to do anything, but he went above and beyond to fix the problem. He's got my business from now on!

Own a Mattress Store key was lost they came in less than an hour at 10 pm at night and had us all secure again.  Thank you Tom and your other employee.  Awesome Job.

My fiancé was at walmart, in my car, getting a new battery for his vehicle that had stopped running a few days before. With our luck, he accidentally locked my keys in the car trying to put the battery for his car in my trunk! I told him to call Tom's and he did....they showed up within 5 minutes and had the problem solved even faster! They are the absolute best around town and have the best prices. Thank you all so much for helping us today!

I had the worst time getting a working key made all over town, and Tom's got it right the first time!!!  Tom's has the best customer service in Northeast Arkansas!  Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!
