Great Place!
If you are into Games, Movies, classic stereo equipment, or need electronics repairs,  this should be your first stop.  I was amazed with the comfortable friendly atmosphere, old school customer service, and expert repairs. Tom and his team are great. Tom took all the time with me that I needed,  answering all my questions in layman's terms, and suggested repair alternatives.Results: The repaired item  was just like new again,  finished in the time he had estimated, and the prices are excellent. Being on Rt 20 on the Wilbraham side of Palmer, the store and shop is a short ride from Springfield and certainly worth the ride.

Tom and Trevor are awesome and knowledgable dudes; great prices, eclectic selections, great personalities and talented/experienced individuals. My personal favorite place in Palmer, bar-none!

Very cool place especially if you're a media hound! I went here just to see what they had for horror films, and ended up walking out with 3 blu-rays, 1 DVD and an xBox 360 game. The discs are clean, and the prices are awesome. The gentleman working saw what I got, and threw in the DVD for free without me even asking (it was only $4 but still...). It's a bit of a drive to go here for me, but worth the trip.

Better than gamestop or other box companies. Way better prices,  and there knowledge of the products being sold is amazing! Highly recommended
