Decent store but customer service is not up to the mark. 

They do not accept online order returns without the packaging slip. The Tommy Hilfiger Website clearly states that an email confirmation is okay if you do not have the packaging slip. But unlike every other retailer, you have to have a print of that email confirmation email and cannot show it on your phone. The website does not state this!

I'm sure a big store like this would have a printer and the sales associate could have simply offered to print it out.
