I went to Nike to buy some Nike crew socks and their staff are amazing. They were wonderful, kind, and loving. Definitely will come back.

I drove 2 hour to this store on a week day after work in heavy traffic, not from this area to get a specialty shoe and was very happy with my selection purchase, on the other hand I was not please at all with the customer service from the staff nor cashier that helped me they were rude and would not honer my military  discount. #Sad

I purchased a pair of Nike Zoom All Out Flyknit from the NY Ave store for $89.99 but they didn't have the size that I wanted in a different color and the guy told me to go to the National Harbor store.  When I get there, I waited in line and then told them I wanted to do a return.   The girl was polite but acted like I knew I should've walked in, got what I wanted and and then got in line.  Most places I go to I check if it's ok to return, 1. because it's an outlet stores and their return policies sometimes differ and 2. because I didn't buy it from this specific store so I wanted to make sure they weren't going to be bougie and say "Nah, we don't mess with them DC people like that". Anyway, I go get the black on grey Nike Zoom All Out Flyknit and I notice that they are $99.99 but I thought they would just match the price at the other store just miles away.  NOPE! She was like "Nah, we don't mess with them DC people like that". Just kidding.  But she did say they wouldn't price match that store but they could price match the online price which was $99.99. I had this blank stare.  Anyway, I may return them to the DC store and rebuy them.  Not because I'm cheap and I want my $10 but because its the principle about it.  I was already not happy because they wouldn't apply my 20% to the purchase like my original receipt.

P.S.
I wish I could do a product review because the Nike Sock Dart is NOT a good sneaker.
