Ok here what happened to me today, was having a wonderful shopping day until I went to make some purchases from Tommy store,that's one of my favorite stores in this Premium Outlet,but had been treated very bad by one of employees who was very unprofessional, first of all if there is a huge line of 7 people waiting for the fitting room and you have more rooms to open what's the point to keep them closed, only 3 rooms were open, then there was another lady who was trying some clothing and her friend was waiting for her and the guy said that as soon as her friend will come out then this lady has to go in there cause they are together I said ok that's fine, couple minutes later another room became available and the guy randomly changed his English to Spanish said something to that women and escorted here to that room,I asked him if he was telling me that she was with that lady and was waiting for her to come out and then she was gonna go on why he gave her that room he said he never said me something like that ( not good to lie to a customer).
Then my turn came to get a fitting room so I went in and he counted how many items I have in my hands, it was 2 jeanses, one short, and 4 t-shirts, let me mention that I was wearing ,regular shorts, and a t-shirt, so after I tied all them, I came out and returned only one jeans to him and was questioned if I found everything ok I answered him that the jeans that I'm giving him was not good but the rest is good and I'm taking them, I came out to go to cashier to check out the clothing when the same guy stopped me and said let me count how many did you bring out, I smiled and gave all to him he counted it and without saying sorry about this or may be something else went back, I stopped one of employees and said that it's a terrible customer service and told her all the story, she apologized and said it will never happen again and that she will talk to him, then she called the manager and explained her my situatio n, she offered me a coupon for the inconvenience, which was very nice of her but I didn't need it so I said no thank you. 
So plz if the management or whoever will see this from Tommy I'm asking you guys to take an action and at least explain to some of your employees how to treat the customer and make him satisfied instead of making customer feel like he stole something and uneducated employee brakes the trust and the pleaser of purchasing clothing from this store.
