Horrible customer service. Was looking to purchase a backpack last night and wasn't even acknowledged. One associate walked by me twice and saw me struggle to reach from the shelf and said nothing. The team there is culturaly diverse yet treats minorities like second class. I am absolutely disgusted with their judgment. As someone previously stated all people should be treated with respect and as stakeholders we enter the store with an intent to purchase. I will never return to this location,do yourself a favor and order from Nordstrom.

Horrible customer service, I called them to ask for an item if it's available but they hang up on me. No business ethics. I'm not gonna come to that outlet again. If you guys not happy with your job, find something else that makes you happy. Because we customer deserves to be treated right. It's part of our money that goes to your paycheck when we buy your stuff .

Terrible costumer service. The manager was rude and treated us as if we were buying shoes from Ross. Refused to order the shoes I chose simply because it was the weeked. I have been a loyal Tory costumer and have spent thousands of dollars on their products now very disappointed about their outlet store. I guess I'll have to stick to South Coast Plaza.

No recommending to shop here. We are CUSTOMERS, we PAY with our hard earned money. We are NOT BEGGER AND BEGGING for FREE. Do not treat us like one MISS MANAGER (I know your name just want to keep it for privacy). There should be no STAR for this store because the horrible customer service. But Google need me to put one on to continue 😄. The worst store manager I have ever seen in my life so far. After 4 hours in line to get in which I do NOT MIND at all until the horrible manager came SCREAM AND YELLED at the kids (which are not my kids) and MY MOM and OTHERS who JUST sat down to try on shoes. My brother handed my mom some shoes from the rack to try on and MISS MANAGER TOOK THEY ALL AWAY AND SHOVED THEM RIGHT BACK on the rack. What kind of customer service is it? If you are not happy with your job title and duty, DON'T BE ONE. I confronted her immediately after the incident and told her how UNACCEPTABLE ATTITUDE it is. Remember what goes around come around. You will be treated the same way you treat others. Instead of asking what can she do to help, she BLANKLY SAID YOU ALL ARE FREE TO LEAVE if you are not happy here. OMG, that s how you take a complaint and solve it? My eyeballs are as wide as they have never been before. I wanted a SINCERE APOLOGY not a FAKE TO THE FACE ONE. And she did apologize with the clown face and a fake stretch of the mouth to the ears. Do it with the heart not just a SHOW, it just made her look like a clown no more no less. I walked away after because I did not want to waste my time on this type of person. She did not have what call apology to the end. She won't change to the end and it could be her personality. But right when I turned my back, MISS MANAGER proudly and LOUDLY SHOUTED OUT : DON'T SHOP ON BLACK FRIDAY. I turned back and told she should save that last sentence to herself: "DON'T WORK ON BLACK FRIDAY". I am pursuing the incident to higher authority. Good luck shopping here and PROTECT YOUR RIGHT AND PRIDE. I love TORY BURCH brand but I am NOT going to come back here EVER unless MISS MANAGER LEARN TO BEHAVE LIKE ONE. Our RIGHT AND PRIDE ARE NOT GIVEN, we EARN it and do not let a NOBODY person MISS MANAGER walk all over them. She is NOBODY and has no right to insult and harass anyone, especially customers.
