My storage unit itself was fine. Although they raised the amount I paid I was still satisfied until moving my items out. No one is ever there if you need help or questions. .I left June 10 2017. Apparently the auto draft to my account couldn’t be stopped but the woman at the desk wound refund me the prorated amount being that I was leaving in the middle of a month. It is now October 11 2017. I have spoken with her dozens of times with excuses and reasons of why I have not been refunded yet. Today I call and after I said my name she hung up and now refuses to answer. Clearly this is the way they run their business. I would not suggest this facility especially with so many other in our area for the same size and price. Extremely bad business practice.

HORRIBLE. Went to look at a unit. Being I've never seen a storage unit I was unaware of my size needs. Coming from almost 45 minutes away. I checked the online hours seeing it was open until 5. It was 2pm when I left. Thinking I had plenty of time. Upon my arrival, the fed ex man told me she is never here. After calling twice I received a phone call from a woman saying "they don't do walk ins and there's a sample for me to look at alone" no where on their website did it say call for an appointment!! How ridiculous.. the woman on the phone was very rude as well and "yesed" me to death. Beyond frustrated with this. Lost good business and

Very friendly staff. They were a pleasure to deal with. I was very happy with the facility and extremely happy with the price.
