Tony's is my favorite grocery store. It has just right quality and price. Some grocers offer cheap produce, but they don't last. Some grocers have much more expensive and still don't last long. :) Tony's have really fresh vegetables, meat, and seafood section. Fresh olive bar and salad bar is a big plus. There is always fun sales going and large selection of international food makes shopping fun. I go to the Prospect Heights one and the parking lot is huge and convenient.

All of the fruit that I purchase had a problem. It was over ripe, the oranges were big but dried when you peeled them.  The bananas were yellow bodies but at the stem were rotten.  The spinach and greens had bugs down in the bundle where the tie was.  This is not the first time I have had bad food from this store.   But I wanted to give them another chance.  No more will I waste my money or time shopping here.

We like Tony's as the meats are great but produce could be fresher. Also it is not real friendly, employees could smile more and be more welcoming.  It seem like people don't like working here.

Nothing different from other markets but really expensive. Veggies quality is just like anyother store. Meat defenetly better at jewel. I would reather buy at Jewel better quality and better prices too.

Produce market is nice. Good variety of international foods. Stay away from deli section. I used to get some smoked meats from there. Only once the meat wasn’t spoiled. Well, deli clerk opened package in front of me, that’s  why. All other times it started to smell gross same or next day. Looks like they order too much and meat sits in a fridge for a long time. Once I also got bad ground pork from meat section. I opened it right after I got home to make a soup. It smelled soooo bad! I had to throw it away.

In addition to this, they sell expired products. This happened in March , 2018. I saw Ukrainian tomato sauce Chumak for 0.99$. The regular price is +-3.00$. So I checked the date. It’s expired since summer 2017. Looks like they were aware that product was short dated/expired and put it on the sale.
