At Top Quality Contractors we are a family run business and my partner and I have over 50 years of combined service experience in the industry. I personally have been in business for 25 years. When I am not providing Top Quality to our clients, I enjoy being outdoors, golfing, fishing and hanging out with my 4 kids. I graduated from Frostburg State University and now reside is my hometown, Laurel Maryland.

He made sure to answer all of my questions and helped me to understand exactly what the problem was with my roof before he developed a plan to address the issue. It only took a day for him and his crew to get me set up with a new roof with a 15 year warranty at a competitive and affordable price. Thank you for the piece of mind! I no longer have a nasty leak in my home and can rest knowing that I will not have any more roof issues.

We were in need of a new roof so we contacted several local roofing companies. A representative from Top Quality stopped by our house & gave us an estimate that beat the competitors. We decided to go with Top quality and were thankful we did. They did a great job, completed the job very quickly and were meticulous cleaning up.  They installed architectural shingles that look wonderful. Every time I get home I smile when how see how much better or house looks with the architectural shingles. I would 100% recommend Top Quality Contractors.

Mr. Bennett is a knowledgeable, cordial professional.   He goes the extra mile to accommodate any concerns or questions upfront.  He provides  quality products at reasonable and competitive pricing.  Aside from replacing our roof, his company has additionally replaced 17 windows  over two contracts. He follows up in person after completion of  your projects, addressing any concerns.  We have been very satisfied with his work and have not had concerns post completion to be addressed.

Carl and his team where great to work with on replacing our roof. We got several offers from area roofing company and choose Top Quality, because they really are the Top Quality from start to finish. I would recommend they and have recommended them to friends and family! Great job, thank you!

We recently finished an install of new windows and a sliding door in our Baltimore City row home, and WOW.  This company does wonderful work, and has fantastic customer service. Straightforward, thorough, no corners cut, kind, and put everything back as it was.  Would definitely recommend.
