Had multiple experiences with this office over the span of 10+ years, both as a patient and close family members.  Glad to have a great resource in Topeka for everything related to ears, noses, throats, and skin.   After a septoplasty/tonsillectomy, I thought a nice touch after surgery was the surgical masks wrapped with gauze to help reduce the already stressful situation of healing -- I admired the bag full of them because the time it took for someone to create them, and how it reduced the "pain" of having to deal with recovery by just being able to put them under my nose during the healing process.   Breathing and feeling better just two weeks after surgery.  During the recovery, I had to make a 3 AM call on a Friday night --  the on-call person was helpful and not annoyed and concerned for my well-being.  This office has embraced technology far ahead of other offices to store images and records; while it had been many years between my visits for different health complaints, Dr. Franklin was able to pick right up from images I'd had from a previous study from many years prior, and thus avoided unnecessary irradiation and cost to insurance.  Thoughtful office and people in multiple fronts.   As with all healthcare, though, mileage and experiences will vary -- but I'd strongly recommend TENT and Dr. Franklin to everyone looking for help with any parts concerning ears, noses, throats, from simple to complicated.

I head itching in my ear lube for three years.  Tried several doctors to assist me.  Most told me to use over the counter stuff that temporarily fixed the problem but not permanent.  I finally got referred to this clinic and got the proper medication to permanent resolve this itching ordeal.  I am itch free!  Thank you!

Topeka ENT  is a shady group. I went there years ago, and they sent me a bill to an old address I hadn't lived at for a year. They had my new address and admitted it. Since I never got the bill, I didn't pay it. They sent it to collections and was smug about it when I called them on it.
  My wife went there only because her insurance wouldn't allow her to go to KUMC. She got a bill and was charged 220.00 for being a new patient. And this was after she had paid her co insurance office visit. When she called them to inquire about it, once again they were arrogant and said they have done that all along. I know of no other doctor's office in Topeka who charges for being a new patient. They are a greedy bunch and we will have nothing to do with them again, and I would recommend staying as far away from these hucksters as possible.
