80% of ice cream purchased at Tops tastes like it was melted and refrozen.  HagenDaz and McConnell's ice cream are supposed to be the best but most often taste icey when purchased from Tops.  Yes, I know I can return these, but a real inconvenience.  Prices are great though Tops-heavy brands on most items.

Sales aren’t that great. Bakery section has a nice selection. Meat department overpriced as well as the produce. Self check out aisles help for a quick check out. Parking sometimes you have to circle around a couple of times. And they have a clearance bin area which is nice browse.
