Even though I wear a 10, in this store it labels me as plus size. However, there are many options of dresses, shirts, jeans, underwear, bras. Staff was friendly and professional. But EXPENSIVE

I love this store, it has everything I need in it! it’s a bit pricey but the quality of the items are great! if you go into torrid ask for Lilli for help, she’s the best! she’s professional, polite and very helpful! she made my experience better
Torrid pricing is out of control. These garments are not good enough quality to justify a hundred dollars for a dress or thirty dollars for a tank top. Crooked stitching, pockets with holes…don’t bother getting their panties with any lace because the lace will fall apart in the first couple of wears.
Staff is always really helpful and the clothing is high quality and not the typical frumpy styles companies offer curvy people.. Love their graphic tees, tank tops, and their jeans. If you’re in a rush, shop online and find something that’s available in-store.

I've only recently started shopping at TORRID, and all 3 of my experiences have been wonderful. I first entered the store to purchase a lingerie set, and was happily assisted by an sales associate regarding my questions. They offered to open up one of their dressing rooms for me, and even wrote my name on the dressing room that I was occupying! They recommended me the appropriate sizes and helped me navigate the store. The second experience was with their online store, which I have selected as an in-store pickup, due to their absolutely charming Staff that I love to speak with! My third experience was during one of their flash sales on their entire store being 40% off, except for clearance, I purchased 3 dresses and 1 bralette and was happily congratulated on my timing for my purchases, saying that I saved a lot of money from this current promotion than their usual dress promotion. I was happily assisted by the staff, and never felt shy about asking them for help. I always leave with a smile on my face, and never feel like I need to resort to using a pair of headphones to look distracted in the store to avoid confrontation from the sales associates. I recommend this store, a lot!
I can not say enough great things about this Torrid. I went in to buy an outfit for my cousin's wedding, and Bonnie worked with me for upwards of an hour to find something that I liked. I didn't end up buying anything due to body image issues, but every time I have gone in since then, Bonnie is always so happy to see me and helps me find what I'm looking for. The staff at this store truly care about their customers and I love that.
Staff was very friendly but had push off a lot of overpriced products to my wife that they said would fit. We'll be visiting them again with several returns that were one to two sizes too small. I'm still giving them 4 stars for their politeness and how clean they keep the store.
