While the food was good, the fries were overpowered with the taste of garlic. I didn't order any beverages this time. The sauce on my steak was great and the asparagus and mushrooms paired very well with it. I'm not a big fan of the truffle fries. If I were to go again, I would ask for a salad in place of the fries. Personal preference. I've heard dessert is good here, but have yet to try it.

My wife and I went to Toscas last night and were told they had no tables available. The hostess said we could sit at the bar and I said we prefer a table. She looked in the bar and noticed an empty table in the bar area and asked if we wanted to sit there. We looked at it and said that is fine. The waitress came over brought us menus and asked for a drink order. We gave her the drink order and said she'll be right back to take our order. She came back to the table with the drinks and said the table we were sitting at was reserved. We told her the hostess placed us there. She said I'll be right back. Another waitress came over and said sorry you can't sit here we already have this table reserved. It's been 15 minutes that gone by at this point. She said we can sit at the bar and we told her we wanted a table. She said they can give us a table an hour later. We decided to leave. I felt so embarrassed and it was the most unprofessional way they handled it as they had many tables available. In all my years of going to restaurants I have never had this happen. They always accommodate the customer especially that far into it. Bad Business!!!

Our entire meal was perfect from start to finish. The food was unique and cooked to perfection, drinks were excellent and service was stellar. We will definitely return!

Amazing and unique little place in Suffield! From start to finish the meal was delicious! Our server Nick was spot on with meeting our drink expections with our meals..he gave my fiance and i plenty of alone time with out continously checking on us .. After our meals a young girl was walking to the door from the kitchen we stopped her , she said she was the sous chef Becka , was so nice to meet her , now would love to meet Kevin! ..it really shows in their food how much they care about the restaurant . Thank you! Will be back for patio season!!.. Yum!

I cannot believe this has been on my "to do" list for so long. I am literally mad at myself for enduring so much inferior fare, while Tosca was here all along. Julie was DELIGHTFUL - on point with recommendations, super attentive, and genuinely friendly. The risotto balls are a must try. The short ribs were fork tender and flavorful and the truffle mac n cheese was rich and delicious. The double cut pork chop was succulent. The apple tart and blueberry tart were amazing! Can't wait to come back!
