called for geothermal inspection/checkup which was installed by Total Comfort a couple of years ago. Technician was thorough and explained what was being done. Courteous and knowledgable. Very pleased with prior installation and follow-up.

Hired Total Comfort Resource for the first time today and I am very happy with their furnace service. They diagnosed the issue and were able to show me what was wrong with the pressure sensor that needed to be replaced. I always appreciate when a service provider takes the time to go over what needs to be fixed/replaced. The service was great and at a fair price. I would highly recommend them.

They came over fixed my issue that another company could not. After being without AC for 4 weeks . They came out and within 3 hours had it up and running. Best heating and cooling company in West Michigan!! Highly recommend them!!!

Andrew and his team have been maintaining our furnace and AC unit for years and we could not be more happy with their professionalism and expertise. We first hired Total Comfort Resource because we thought we needed a new humidifier on our furnace. They inspected it and informed us that all we needed to do was change the filter - saving us hundreds of dollars. If you are looking for a trusted and reliable heating and cooling company look no further than Total Comfort Resource!
