Total Health has helped my husband transform and get his life back. He had been to other Rehab facilities and it consisted of stretching and ice. At Total Health the whole staff made it their business to know him and push him to achieve his goals. In particular, I have to highlight Dr. Andrew Ruiz. He pushed my husband to levels that he could have have never achieved on his own. First off, as a PT Dr. Ruiz helped my husband tackle his chronic pain issues. Once they were able to overcome that hurdle, Dr. Ruiz trained my husband to help him gain muscle and lose body fat. Do to the workouts and results with Andrew, my husband has been taken off prescription medications and now lives a much fuller life. There are many choices but Total Health and in particular Andrew Ruiz are the best option.

I first visited Total Health for a chronic shoulder issue and through physical therapy combined with acupuncture I am now pain free. I also experienced a pinched nerve in my neck which was diagnosed and treated successfully. The staff, doctors and PTs are not only professional and competent, they are friendly and personable. Total Health takes the anxiety out of going to the doctor and is actually a pleasurable experience.

Total Health is my go-to for any and all physical problems! They’ve helped me to get rid of the aches and pains I’ve experienced throughout everything from marathon training to pregnancy. The physical therapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists are all incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment, even at the very last minute. Needless to say, I highly recommend Total Health!

The staff is incredibly helpful. My insurance isn't covered here but they work with me to get what I need at an affordable price. I go here because of the doctors and staff, I would rather get the things I need done by great people than just go wherever my insurance is accepted.

After only one visit, I have more understanding of my condition than my neurologist and 3 emergency room visits combined. They were thorough, gentle, and understanding. I had more relief after one visit than I've had since my diagnosis. Many places I called said they don't work with my condition, trigeminal neuralgia, due to lack of knowledge about it, but Total Care took me on and saw me right away. I know this is going to continue to be a great experience and pathway to pain free living. If I didn't mention it already, the staff is excellent!
