Worst experience ever and I had to remove my kids and also my records from this office. I’ve been a patient at Zufall for 10years mainly went to the one in Morristown, I currently moved to orange like 3 or 4 years ago, and I transferred my records there and I regret it. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Other than some of the wonderful nurses that are very nice and welcoming the 2 receptionist, the dental one and the main office manager type are extremely rude with patients and provide a very unwelcoming and unpleasant visit. Latest experience the office manager type lady screamed at me on the phone because they couldn't give my mother a dental appointment in 2 and half months for a full denture. My mother is currently without teeth and that woman made us clearly understand that they do not have appointments available. Very unpleasant experience. We are not coming back again!

My school-aged niece had a 3pm appointment with Dr. Stephanie Lee, DMD.  We arrived by 3:05pm.  We waited patiently to check in while others in front us completed their transactions.  By 3:16pm we were finally seen by the receptionist who quickly informed us that our appointment was “missed” because we arrived 10 minutes late.  Even though we arrived in time for our appointment.  Dr. Lee declined to see my niece.  I expressed my dismay to the Office Manager – specifically about a policy that does not consider the shortcomings of their own office (note, we waited over 10 minutes to check-in).  
I’m writing this review because I have never heard of a situation where a Dr. specializing in Pediatrics would refuse to see a patient that arrived 5 minutes late.  Especially when the office is empty AND you have back to back appointments with the same Dr.  That’s right, my other niece had a 3:30 with Dr. Lee.  Perhaps Dr. Stephanie Lee was in a bad mood today.  Or maybe this is just how Dr. Stephanie Lee treats her Medicaid patients.  Either way, it wasn’t a good experience and we won’t be going back.  Avoid Dr. Stephanie Lee and until Zufall Health Center changes its policies, avoid them too.

I have been experiencing a bit of aggravation. Paperwork not being filled out. Physician going on hiatus without any proper notification to me as a patient and unable to get anything done promptly without my persistent calling or showing up at the office. I hope it gets better because I switched from one provider to this office and it has not been too good so far.
