It was OK , not what it used to be.. gets 5 stars cause Jacks casino buffet was easily accessible. . Still has a lot of stores and security is on point. You can catch the rapid(train) from here in a safe environment . It's clean, bathrooms are clean, and maintenance staff seem to be helpful and sufficient. Highly recommended for tourists or if u have some where to go

It's a decent mall. I love to go here, once in a while. However, it's, practically, a joke. There are few really good stores. Closing Border's, definitely, wasn't a good move and the sales ladies at Bath and Body Works are annoying as hell. (I'm warning you, now: They're, practically, SHARKS...) They don't have a Hot Topic or Spencer's, either. In my opinion, a mall isn't a, "real," mall, unless they have those stores. Want to go to a really great mall? Go to the South Park Mall. :)

I love going downtown and just window shopping. Some of the things are pretty pricey, just because ya know... It's tower city. The food court is dominate by Asian food. They could do better really.
