Reviewer Carissa nailed it - she described my experience exactly. Every interaction with the staff has been kind, easy, patient and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I searched for a unit during the busiest season for Gainesville and they held a unit for me until I could come out and look at it. After I rented the unit, they were thoughtful enough to call me as soon as a bigger one became available because they remembered I wanted one - and held that one for me until I could adjust my contract. They do all this with a warm, personal touch. They truly care about the individual customer.

I would highly recommend using this storage facility! First of all, the staff exceeded my expectations. I visited about 5 storage facilities within Gainesville and this storage facility was by far the best. The staff were very helpful, kind, and patient. They work diligently with you to meet your storage needs. Their storage units are clean, and well maintained. I would definitely do business with them if I ever needed a storage unit again.

Literally the nicest people I have ever dealt with. So patient and helpful, willing to do anything they can to accommodate. I came in looking for a unit same day and they did everything they could and were able to get me two units side by side on the same day - they even negotiated pricing that really helped make it so affordable for me. I love this place and the staff, DEFINITELY recommend.

Choosing Tower hill storage was the best decision for my family and I. The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind as soon as we walked in. They offered us refreshments and snacks and made sure we all had smiles on our face while walking out. It was the best service I have received in Gainesville at a local business and I have been living there for 4 years. Very happy I chose to keep my things in storage there and would absolutely recommend them to anyone !
