Not sure who the other "reviewers" are about this facility, but many seem to "know" the ownership and the manager. I have never seen two of the three. Ever. Personal impressions are this: 1) Staffed hours seem to actually vary when you need someone in the office, either in person or by telephone. 2)Limited gate access hours and nobody to be found on Sundays. 3)The advertised price is anything but firm or accurate. They raised my rate almost 30% which amounted to hundreds of dollars more in charges in less than a year. They say it is month-to-month, but really should state that the teaser rate will increase at the discretion of the ownership. Once you are in, you are basically stuck unless you feel like moving again. They treat you as such. I would avoid this place at all costs. Find a location where they paid less for the facility and they should hand the discount down to the renters.

I have to come here 3-4 times a week, since my business supplies are stored there.This is a really nice clean storage space. The people in the office are always so nice and helpful. The place is really taken care of well too...there is a guy that is always fixing or cleaning something every time I go there. Happy we have such a great clean place in Palm Coast to store my things
