From the beginning tooth exam several years ago to oral surgery yesterday...I have never had better care. I am 54 yo, and after years of dental work from braces to pulled teeth & bridges ~ I finally feel at home at Town Center Dental Group in Santee. ABSOLUTELY 0 dental work is cheap, so most of the previous reviews really are not accurate as all dental work is VERY COSTLY. The idea is to harness the best possible insurer, not blame cost on the world of dentistry. I would recommend "Town Center Dental Group" for their Cust service, care and precision shown in their work. TODAY I finally have the smile I have so longed for :)

They are super greedy at this office. I loved it when Dr.Harris was there, she always told the truth about what work really needed to be done. I don't like any of the other dentists that work there. The way they explain your bill is so confusing that I come home and try to figure what I was paying for. Wish I knew of a better dentist out here in Santee or at least close to Santee cuz I'm really sick of this place.

I went in today at 8:15am waited 10 minutes to be seen a got my wisdom teeth pulled and was out by 9am. Awesome staff very nice friendly and doesn't make you nervous at all. They all did an awesome job from when I walked in to when I was pushed out in a wheelchair lol. Thank you staff!

Edit 2: crown fell out morning after onlay. Edit 10/15/16: onlay only lasted 3 days before coming out. Remind me what I'm paying 500+ dollars for...? Short Version: Declining quality of care/work over multiple visits, and possibly shady billing and business practices. Long Version: I hate to say it, since the office staff is really nice, and I've been going here for years, but it seems everytime I come in the dentists are worse, not helped along by the fact that it's a different person every time I go in. When I first started going here, my dentist was the same every visit, she was gentle, and best of all, excellent at what she did. She gave me a crown, two onlays, and multiple fillings that feel exactly like real teeth. Then she leaves and I get this guy who puts a rough, flat block on one of my teeth and calls it an onlay. It had been sensitive for a year+. Go in today, (10/12/16) for a routine checkup to find out that that supposed onlay had to go, because my tooth was rotting underneath it, along with the tooth in front of it being cracked. Spend four hours in the place to get this unbearably uncomfortable onlay on the cracked tooth that I'm pretty sure already broke or came apart, as anytime there's a little pressure put on it it feels like it's being pushed into the center of my tooth, and this bulky crown with what feels like a quarter inch overhanging one side of what's left of the tooth, with this huge gap between it and my gums, which I know will be a problem in the future for things getting caught/stuck/ building up there. I also checked my insurance statements and I'm seeing things bills I don't recall getting work done for, and I think I've been overcharged on multiple occasions. Now I'm on the hook for 1500 bucks that I got pressured into some credit scheme to pay off, being completely broke as I am. I'll be talking to a better reviewed dental office to see if I've been duped, and if it needs fixing, then possibly a lawyer if things don't look above board.

I was referred over to these guys for a surgery. After blocking off a day and a half for the surgery and recovery, they told me they couldn't do the surgery as soon as I got there. It was a HUGE waste of time. They clearly never looked at the referral until I got there. Had they looked at it in advance, this whole inconvenience could have been avoided. After posting about my experience, tons of friends chimed in about their bad experiences with this same office.
