Nice doctors but the waiting is horrendous...if you have kids that need vaccines they will schedule a time for you and then make you wait over an hour to be seen all while you watch person after person enter and be since for their doctor visits. Just for a 5 second shot in the arm ...it's ridiculous and makes zero sense.

Dr. O'leary has been amazing to my daughter since she was a newborn. BUT my biggest complaint is there scheduling team/nurse telephone line. I've literally called 4 times to book my daughter's one year appointment and have been unsuccessful at reaching anyone for the past month. To be fair, I understand they recently changed scheduling systems but this I feel is no excuse for lack of training or communication. Being put on hold for up to 2 hours is unnecessary and bad customer service. That being said, the facility is clean and the staff is friendly when approached in person. Last thing, please update the hours of operation on Google so people such as myself aren't disappointed to here a voice recording saying you're closed when it clearly says you should be open for another full hour. Thanks!

After watching a YouTube Video for Dr. Erin O'Leary I was excited to choose Scripps Clinic to care for my Children. However it took me 2 days of calling and waiting on hold for over 15 minutes to even get someone on the phone and then their schedules are so limited and unaccommodating. I tried calling to reschedule due to conflict and it took another 2 days to get through so I eneded up canceling and I will be moving them over to another clinic.

If you are new to the areA and looking for a Doctor, I would not recommended this location. I speciFically took the day off to see a DR. at this office. Just to find out that the receptionist had schedule me on a different date (error on her part) At the time of scheduling my appointment I confirmed it out loud TWICE. When I asked if they can still see me, her attitude was insensitive and in a way I felt like she was mocking me. TERRIBLE customer service. To add on to their customer service, when I approached the front desk, she didn't even greet me properly. She said one moment, after a 2 minutes or so, she referred me to her co-worker. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
