weeks after I picked up my shirts, I got ready to wear one of them and noticed a stain on the sleeve. I know it wasn't a stain that I put on the shirt, so I took it back the next time I needed my dry cleaning done. When I told the lady at the counter about the stain, she immediately said "it has been more than 2 weeks since you picked up the shirts!" I tried to show her that the shirt had not been worn and even showed her the tag on the bottom had no wrinkles, which would have been the case if I had worn the shirt and tucked it in. She said she would get her manager to look at the shirt and it would be ready for pickup after 5 the following day. I returned after 5 the next day to pick up the shirt and she said it would not be ready until the following Tuesday after 5. She didn't call to let me know that it would take longer or anything. When I asked her why she didn't call me, her attitude was pretty much "who cares"! I asked her to give me the shirt and I will take it somewhere else. She didn't even have the shirt at the location. This wouldn't be a problem if she had communicated this before I drove to her store. It wouldn't be a problem if she was nice and apologetic about it. I'm not sure if the lady I talked to is the owner or not. Whoever she is, she has terrible customer service skills. Horrible experience. NEVER getting my business again.

They are ridiculous rude I would never go back there. They told me one price at drop off and another at pick up I will never go back.
