After we found out the Americana up the street isn't a diner anymore, we landed here. THIS is a great Jersey diner. All the regular items were done well, with some special items to jazz it up a little. I had some "guacabacon" which was a great spin on the plain guacamole and chips, and then a very nice salad and some excellent cheesecake. Highly recommend.

Disaster. I came to eat to this place because of seeing good reviews online. Unfortunately reality was different. I only leave reviews if I’m extremely satisfied or extremely disappointed. Service was very slow. I ordered French onion soup, which tasted like a water with onions dropped in, no seasonings at all. Best part about the soup was the cheese. My meal contained over cooked rice, again piece of chicken not seasoned, over cooked, and asparagus they didn’t even try, was thrown on a plate raw. Let’s not forget about watered down honey mustard. Salad was not fresh either. Unfortunately this was the worst diner experience ever and worst eat out experience in past 10 years. Save your money and eat someplace else.

My 1st time visit to the Town Diner. I'm from Northern NJ, so was taken by a friend who lives nearby. She really likes the Omlettes, but I tried the Frittata. Mine had roasted veggies, with 2 kinds of cheese. Yummy! They were both served w/ crunchy fried potatoes instead of hash browns, very delicious! Professional & friendly staff, and clean & inviting NJ Diner vibe. Would return if in the area again.

Cute little diner. Got takeout here once. Did a great job with getting the order correct and food was good.

Been there three times , always good , food is hot , quick , taste great, not disappointed yet. Prices are good as well. I don't like the garlic knots ( but that is my issue) .
