I really loved my stay here! It's in a great spot, the rooms are immaculately clean, and everyone was really nice. I can't emphasize enough how much I liked where it is. It's tucked into a quiet neighborhood but it is close to a bunch of outdoor things to do. Housekeeping was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to be sure everything was perfect.

The location is decent, and the rooms are nice, the beds are very comfortable, but I was disappointed in the breakfast menu. I went on a weekend, and they have biscuits and gravy as their option, which takes up both containers so there's nothing hot for people who can't stand biscuits and gravy! I'd okay that for one day, but the entire weekend meant I just didn't eat there, as the only gluten free option for me was a banana, or a hard boiled egg. Also, the walls are a little thin, I was woken both mornings early by a cooing baby. Cute, but not my choice. The blackout curtain didn't block out the incredibly bright light right outside the window of the room I was in, and made it look like it was daylight streaming in. There IS a lot of storage, and the kitchen is fantastic, so if you need a place for a little longer, it's ideal.

The staff was very friendly and nice. Breakfast was pretty standard. The kitchen in the room was well stocked. The window wasn't sealed properly though, so there was a slight draft, and it took the heater a few hours to get the temperature up more than five degrees. Other than that, the stay was comfortable.

Great value for what you get. We stayed in a studio that has a full kitchen including dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, toaster and fridge. They provide dishes as well. Bed/linens are super comfy. The walls are not that sound proof but it wasn't something to complain about since everyone at the hotel was very courteous. Breakfast has a wide array of choices including waffles, bagels, eggs and meat, yogurts, cereal, etc! Staff was super friendly too! We were on our honeymoon kind of winging it and we only intended to stay one night, but since we liked it so much we extended our stay! Would highly recommend!

OK. Lived here a month while in transition. Good places to walk your dogs in grass. Nearby restaurants are convenient. Pikes peak looms large and beautiful over this location.
