The first moment we walked in we were impressed. The lobby is welcoming with a beautiful waterfall and comfortable seating strategically placed around a couple television sets that quietly played the news channels. The daily breakfast that they served was delicious and well stocked and the serving staff just as friendly as the check-in staff. The rooms were beautiful and we loved all the little touches from housekeeping that made the room top standard.

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. Nathan has helped us the most and he's just been so awesome, though the others have been super great as well. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the kitchen is pretty spacious for a hotel room. There's a ton of counter space in the bathroom, so you can set out all your stuff without it sliding into the sink or falling on the floor! This place is definitely worth the price and people in the military get a discount, so if you're being stationed here, it's worth it. The drive to Ft. Carson is about 20-30min with traffic, so it's far from that base, but your families will be much happier here than some of the other places. I was going to book our room online, but my husband called in and had a question about the pricing and we found out it was cheaper by a couple dollars, so I recommend calling to book to get the best deal, especially if you're staying for a while. This rooms is definitely built to have 2 people in it. There are 2 desks, a little single recliner, and a queen bed that's pretty comfy in my opinion. A bit on the firm side, if that matters to you. Overall, I've been pretty pleased with my stay here, but there are a few places I think they could improve: The windows only have thick dark blinds, no layer of thin ones which allow light in without people seeing in, which is sort of a big deal when you're on the second floor right next to the lobby. The heater, while it works, is a bit funky. I seems like it isn't actually heating the room up to the temperature it's set at, so you may have to play around with it a little. It's pretty quiet though, so once you figure out the temperature, then you're set. We found it runs cooler at night and warmer during the day/evening. The toilets are these weird low flow toilets, which, rather than saving the environment, get clogged easily and sometimes take multiple flushes to clear out. They've just renovated the place, they're finishing the lobby as I'm typing this, so reviews from before November 2016 might be reviewing old rooms and what not. I'm not sure what the difference is, but it's something to keep in mind. I believe this place was recently bought out.

Very average. Kind bad room design. The bathroom door opens and blocks the kitchen. Only has one day a week they turn the room over. Great shower. The Internet was not so good.

Similar to any other ESA, pick your desired kitchen utensils, no in room coffee. Certainly clean and large enough.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, quiet, clean and had a nice little kitchenette. Oatmeal, granola bars, muffins, coffee, tea and hot chocolate available as a "grab and go" breakfast which wasn't what I ecpected, but at least something.
