Nice grocery store with huge selection given it's size.  Prices are very reasonable given they are only store in town. Produce and deli are good as well. Employees are all friendly and helpful.

Stopped by on the way to our cabin for the weekend to pick up some food for the weekend. It was a nice convenient option for getting a few quick things without having to travel to a full size grocery store 25 minutes away. Not very crowded and didn't have to wait in line to checkout. Employees could've been nicer. Cashiers did not say anything to us except our total.

We stop at this location every time we are in Townsend or going to Cades Cove which is quite often. They have a very clean grocery store and we almost anyways use it to pick up supplies and the like when we have our RV in the mountains on camping trips. The folks that manage it are exceptionally helpful at all times and are always willing to take the time to see that you find the items you are looking for. They have a very nice fueling station at this location and we are able to use it as a one stop location to fulfill all of our needs on these trips.

We are just thankful that we have a grocery store with a decent selection of food products. Most employees are pretty nice and 
They are good about allowing local churches the opportunity to collect items for disaster relief and food ministries.

There are few choices in Townsend for groceries and sundries. This location offers the best selections and the ablity to serve the community. This is not the place for the price conscious shopper as they tend to be pricey. Understandably they are focused on seasonal tourist. This location probably competes more with Dollar General with us locals who would prefer to make 15 mile trip into Maryville for our staples.
