Have some good discounted items but need more of a selection on fresh meat/ beef / chicken . Most family's want some type of meat for a meal.

Great spot to grab some awesome deals. Rewarding both monetarily and psychologically. The selection changes, so each week/month is a different experience. A clearance store, not only items approaching end of shelf life, but also dropped & dented packages.
    Every time I visit, I leave with a pleasant, rewarding feeling of having found something rare.

Helpful staff they are a clearance store so limited stock. They pride themselves in being family friendly.

i love united grocery outlet!!! but the one in oak ridge, tn is not good. i'm sorry. i love the one in clinton, tn though. the knoxville, tn is good also. i live in oak ridge, so i wish the one by me was good, but it isnt. they keep the stuff way too long, rotten fruit and vegetables, that's nasty. stuff fit to throw out to the birds, the store isnt clean either. but if you go to the clinton tn one i guarantee you will not be disappointed. the halls, tn one is good too.but the clinton one is by far the best. very nice, clean, no rotten food, it's just great. i wish it was by me.. i buy all their stuff, name brand stuff at half or less than half the price. watch the dates, most of it is going to expire soon. but if you go there for food for that night, it is great. or if it is something you can freeze, great. i buy packs of lunch meat there for like $2 a pound, and freeze it in sandwich baggies, and only take out what i need. that way it doesnt go bad. get great deals on frozen as well. french fries, pizzas, fish sticks, hash browns.  sometimes fresh produce comes in at a great price also. sign up for their emails, you will get an email each week of their new items they got for the week. you can really save a lot of money on some great products.

Cheap and exciting.  You never know what you are going to find at the UGO! Sometimes the boxes are dented or near their exp. date but that doesn't bother me at all, especially when you can get ritzy brand names for next to nothing.  Go ahead, fill your cart heaping; I've never spent more than $125. They had California pizzas that had a smashed box corner and Ben&Jerrys ice cream that had no coloring.  I don't usually buy the meat or produce but the milk is good and all the boxed items are great.  And the best part is that it's always different, so you can try all sorts of things without fear of wasting money.
