I lived here for three and half years.I was forced out when i was not informed  my leasing option was no longer available.The girls in the office were very unhelpful and rude. I found maintenance to very fairly timely and accurate for the most part.

Haven't had air all summer long and the maintenance has done virtually nothing about it. Told us we needed an entirely new unit and haven't done a single thing since. Electric bills have tripled in the meantime and they have done nothing about it. Management is entirely useless in helping fix any issues. I've asked for management to call me on several occasions and heard nothing for over 3 days on multiple occasions. Haven't been able to use my deck for the past 2 months because maintenance solution to not having air is to give us a portable air conditioner that can only cool down the 4 feet around it.

Even with many stressful management changes, the staff has always been attentive, and friendly. Yes, the prices feel a bit high, but you get what you pay for. (No shootings here)

I enjoy living here!!!! There is so much to do from swimming to basketball. the landscape is gorgeous and welcoming. The amenities are great; state of the art fitness center and amazing Indoor half court that is open 24 hours a day...Even in the winter!!!!, so no matter what you have no excuse to be lazy :). I just cant wait till the Indoor pool is open during the winter then life will be great. I highly recommend anyone looking for a community to live in that is safe, clean, pet friendly, and close enough to all the action in the city to stop by and take a look at the beautiful apartments Township Square has to offer. :)

The love to love in Township squire because of its location and environment is so good. Heater and water is free this is very good offer. And the staff r very friendly and cooperative about anything  specially about in maintenance work they handle this problem very quick and fix my problem I am very happy about this matter . I love also the fitness center and the swimming pool tennis court. There landscape is beautiful and gorgeous. I feel free and safe for living. Overall I love this place……….
