They have a great rewards program now, totally worth the discounts and coupons. Good selection. Needs more people on check out and load out

Not only are they short staffed but the employees can't hide their resentment of customers "bothering" them.  I needed dewormer and a propane refill, both of which require an employee.  One employee was busy talking to a vendor so after 10 minutes of waiting  I asked if she could call someone. She finally acknowledged my existence.  "I'm with someone, ask upfront". I went upfront to the lone cashier.   After another 10 minutes waiting for someone with a key to open the meds cabinet I gave up.  

This wasn't just a bad day.  Past experience has been similar.  And don't try calling ahead to verify something is in stock.  You'll , eventually, get a Yes.  But when you get there after a half hour drive it's suddenly out of stock.  

I know labor is tight but this place has long been bad.  Amazon is a few bucks higher but worth it.  When this store closes it will be the owner's mismanagement and not some sweet mom-n-pop run out by the online behemoth.
