The staff is awesome! We went in there yesterday and the lady helped me with finding some good shoes for my 10 yr old daughter. She went over and beyond to find the perfect shoe for her. They definitely know their shoes. And while she was helping us and being patient the salesman was helping another customer. It seemed they were okay with taking their time and not rushing us out. The saleslady even helped with putting in my daughters new wedge insert to be sure it fit and was comfortable to walk in. Already recommended this store and will continue to go there myself.
We went there looking for Brooks tennis shoes. The salesman greeted us and was knowledgeable about what we needed. He even knew the kind my sister was wearing and told us about them. When trying them on he was polite and very friendly. One of the best shopping experiences I have had. He was up here from Texas. The store selection as a whole was better than most trendy shoe stores you go to.
Customer service is outstanding. Guys at this location are knowledgeable, friendly, go the extra mile to make sure the shoes are the right fit for you. I appreciated the sales staff taking the time with me and letting me take my time trying different brands. Impressed with staff, products, and footwear style options.
I stopped in to see if they had Keen sandals for my husband while I was on my way out of the mall today. They only had one option so I wanted to check with my husband first and make sure that was the color he wanted. As I am already walking out of the store, the salesman asked me if I needed to get a paid of Keens for father's day. I politely turned around and responded "no thank you". He then mocked me to another customer as they both laughed. I will not be shopping at Tradehome if that is how they treat their customers. There are plenty of other options in Wichita.
The guys working were extremely helpful and friendly and I'm so excited about my new Oofos.
I suffered with painful right foot for over a year and the orthotist said you need to go to trade home shoes and get some Hoka’s I did that and my pain is gone and I was pleasantly surprised to receive exemplary customer service from the manager at trade home shoes I would highly recommend this facility, these shoes, and these people! Excellent job thank you very much!
The service here is impeccable. This is the best place to buy shoes in town. If you like Nordstrom, you’ll love this store. Not huge, but quality shoes curated in real time.
