Bad company for builder installler.  People, do not hire this company.  The manager name Manny is terrible and a liar about their bad job installer causing my house ceiling with bad water leak and damage without responsible for their service with David Weekly Builder. I give it a NO STAR because i have too with one star to let me posted.

Trademark Plumbing company fixed a kitchen faucet leak problem for me. I was quite happy with the service and professionalism of this company, particularly I was impressed with how quickly they sent someone out to my house. Even though the service call was placed after the warranty period, Trademark Plumbing honored our warranty. I strongly recommend them.

When my kitchen faucet began to leak and drip underneath the sink,  I pulled out my builder's list of contractors.  Trademark Plumbing was listed as the plumbing contractor.   I reluctantly began to dial their number.  I knew that this was going to be an expensive and time consuming ordeal.  I left a message with the answering service since it was the weekend.  Crawford Cole, Superintendent of Trademark Plumbing made a point to return my call promptly.   Mr. Cole was very patient in that he explained that Moen parts were covered under a lifetime warranty.  Whew!  All the while, though I was thinking to myself, but what about the labor?  When Mr. Cole arrived at my home, he replaced my old kitchen faucet with a beautiful genuine Moen faucet.  He was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.  He not only replaced my faucet, they also handled all of the warranty issues for the return of the old faucet.   I was pleasantly surprised in that Trademark Plumbing handled the warranty, was prepared when they came to my home with all the right materials, parts and faucet and it was next day service.  They exceeded my expectations in service, efficiency and product knowledge.  I would recommend Trademark to anyone needing new plumbing or repairs.  Thank you Trademark Plumbing!
