Your standard Trader Joe's, a great little market where you get great value for the products you buy. Great no questions asked return policy. The staff at this store are very friendly and personable.

I rarely grocery shop anywhere other than TJ's on De La Vina. I don't even go to their other locations in SB. The selection is great, store layout is logical and there's adequate room for the constant swells of crowds to which TJ's is prone. Most of all, the customer service here is second to none. The unfriendliest TJ's worker is far more pleasant than the nicest worker at Ralph's. I always leave here with a smile, which makes TJ's the most unique grocery shopping experience. In addition, the fact that they treat their workers and customers so well is another reason I'm happy to give them my money. Theirs is a business model that should be emulated by far more businesses in the world.

This is a very good store. I hold back a star because of the parking lot, which is too small and too congested. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Size of the store seems just big enough to have all of the great stuff we love TJ's for.

Usually I love Trader Joe's. But today was not a good visit. It seemed as though most of the staff were having "a bad day". I asked about some products that we always purchase there that didn't seem to be on the shelves. Instead of a helpful answer, my question was met with rudeness. Two other staff members, the same attitude with no help. Then in the check out lane, the cashier just up and left mid-check. It was weird. We stood there waiting for someone else to finish. Finally after about 7 minutes, my brother went to find someone. This took place around 7 pm. This was the store on DelaVina.

Trader Joe's is where we mostly shop. Everything there is extremely well priced and the produce is always fresh as well as the meat and the salads. There's nothing bad that I can say about Trader Joe's, the staff is on top of everything and always ask if you need help, and checking out they always strike up a conversation with you on the way out. I love the friendliness of the store, as well as their selection of food choices.
