After assuring me that my shipment would arrive in 3 weeks along with paying my order in advance the company failed to meet their part of the bargain. For personal issues the driver decided that he would not be delivering my items that were already purchased and paid in full. Instead of bringing them to the warehouse as insisted he took it upon himself to send them back to California were they originally had come from. As a business I expect professionalism, which in my experience was far from professional. Not only was I myself disappointed in hearing such mind bottling news but as was my customer who demanded a refund. Imagine being a customer and waiting almost a month for furniture that you already paid for and then receiving news that your furniture is no longer being delivered to you. I felt as though that incident affected my relationship with my customer because now when that customer speaks of my business they will have nothing but harsh words. Never in my time of being in this business had I experienced such poor and unacceptable service, if that’s even what I can call this experience. Your personal life should never interfere with business. DO NOT do business with this company or else be prepared to receive horrible, unacceptable service.

This is by far the most unprofessional furniture transport carrier. The management here sucks, a claim can be filed and ignored for over a year just because their accounts payable doesn’t want to sign off on the check. They do not even have enough money to run their business so they harass people who chose them as their carrier to pay and don’t ship out furniture until 1-2 weeks after. They never know ETA’s they always state they have to go through their routing manager but this company only has 10-13 drivers who go out on runs so they delay shipments. They also do not prioritize their customers. If a driver has a back haul with revenue on it and the driver isn’t done with his deliveries, they drop HIGH END furniture at receivers who take another 2 weeks to deliver and they never advise the customers. If a claim is filed and you call weekly to follow up they simply ignore you and never call back. The furniture almost always arrives damaged because they only have 10 warehouse personnel that don’t handle the products with care.

Do not conduct business with this company. As a former employee with knowledge of what happens inside I can tell everyone that the employees do not handle the products with care. On top of that they are the most lazy workers i ever had the displeasure to have been affiliated. I resigned due to the lack of orders coming in, yeah they were slowing down because people did not want to do business with Trail Lines.
