Scheduled pick up early this morning for same day shipment by 5pm. Just called at 4:30 pm to see where they we're and was told they can't come until the next day. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and let us know. Our business is closed tomorrow, and now have to pay an employee to come in and sit around all morning waiting for them to pick up because it is essential the order goes out before the weekend. 
Pay the extra money for a better company if you want your shipment to go out on time.

Absolutely horrendous company. Try to avoid them like a plague. I had a pallet scheduled with this company for pickup on Thursday. The day goes by without any pickup and I give them a call, only to find out that they are delaying my pickup by one day. So, now I must call my customer and explain what’s going on and must cover shipping costs out of my pocket. Friday comes, and the company picks up. This is set for a one-day delivery so Monday, my customer was meant to have received it. Monday has almost passed, and my customer still hasn't received it. I give them a call, only to find out that as soon as they picked up my pallet, the truck had "break problems" and is going to be delayed by one day. The lack of communication and responsibility is ridiculous. On the second call that I made, the pallet is on its way somehow, but "it's just going to miss the delivery cutoff". 

Unless, you are looking for stuck merchandise, and crazy excuses, AVOID this company at all costs. I'm already having to cover shipping costs and might have to cover returns costs as well as a lost customer because of this company.

Dirt cheap prices are a plus.  However, if you expect to get it picked up today. Good luck...   I booked them and miraculously their one day service is now next day pickup. Delivery after the weekend instead of on Friday.
