We are very pleased with the service we received from Tranistowne and our sales rep. Glenn Colton. We feel Glenn truly listened to what we were looking for in a car and made sure we stayed within our budget. Additionally, AFTER we purchased our vehicle Glenn stayed well past closing hours to walk us through the many features included in our new car. When it comes time for us to purchase a new vehicle again I would be happy to work with Glenn!

Being fair is what most customers would ask for. The service department did well in re-scheduling the recall claim of my vehicle. I was offered a tank of gas for my inconvenience and long travel finding my the part for the first scheduled repair was not in. I did not take the offer because, it was in good faith the dealership to offer this. The recalled part was taken care of with the second appointment.
