Not very responsive when service is needed. Good luck getting warranty work done at this dealer. Not accommodating at all. It's usually weeks before I can get in with service after the initial phone call which isn't responded to at all even after leaving multiple messages each time. Buffalo RV explains, "we have to check with Jayco before any warranty work is done". You would think that the dealer would have someone competent enough to make that decision. Never able to drop off the rig for service because "we are too busy", " we don't have the room"......that is not my problem. I need to plan on taking a day off and stay with the rig to accommodate them. This dealer MUST know they suck at customer service after the sale. I can't wait until the warranty is up so I can take this for service at another dealer.

Great customer service from Jake our sales person. Good tour once we bought our new Jayco Trailer. Would recommend when cross shopping RVs

Salespeople are not allowed to let you test drive a RV unless you make an offer!  How do you know if you want it until you know how it handles?  Nothing but high pressure sales people with a complete jerk for a manager.

We stopped at Buffalo RV on our way back to Ohio after having a disappointing experience with another dealer nearby. We found our rep, Josh, to be very friendly and not the least bit pushy which was quite refreshing. They didn't have what we were looking for on their lot, but Josh showed us a similar RV. We didn't think we were interested and left. However, that dealership, that rv, and Josh in particular, stuck with us as we continued searching from Ohio to Georgia for a new RV. We invited Josh to call us, and he and Brody worked on the price with us without pushing us at all. After having spent a total of three months searching, we felt that our best option was the unit Josh showed us. We made arrangements to drive again from Ohio to look at the RV. we wouldn't have considered it had Josh, Brody, and Mark not been so kind. I am in sales myself and do not like tactics some salespeople use. None of this was experienced at Buffalo RV. When we came back for our walk through, Charlie and Brian answered all of our questions. We left feeling that we bought a great RV from a great dealership. We have owned the unit for one month now and have not had a single problem with it. If you don't like to be "sold" go to Buffalo RV. They really do treat you right.

Great atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door. Outstanding no pressure sales staff and management. I would recommend Buffalo RV to anyone.
