It's amazing to see the size of the parking lot here. Row after row of cars father than the eye can see. They've got moving people around down to a science at Disney, and the TTC really shows it. The lineups for security moved very quickly and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bus 3702 from Lake Buenavista Palace to Animal Kingdom 20 min late. One of our party had walked away from stop due to bus being late. When bus finally arrived i asked for driver to wait 1 min for our party member to come back. Driver barked back that he doesn’t wait. I pointed out he was 20 min late he stated it doesn’t matter. Then he threatened to throw us off the bus and that he wasn’t taking us anywhere. Without a doubt the most unprofessional rudest person I have ever encountered at Disney. Should not be allowed to interact with the public. Terrible reflection on Disney transportation and the organization as a whole.

Security Management is HORRIBLE here!! Security officers do their jobs well and get treated like garbage by management. Guests think bag check here is a waste of time. Guess they don't want to be safe in the parks while spending their thousands of dollars. The ones that don't speak ENGLISH are the WORST because they don't believe in security measures. Don't like the security details? STAY HOME!

The design of the loading area makes no sense. The only cover from sun and especially rain is up front where buses are not picking up. Not sure why awnings were never added to shield bus/charter riding visitors from the elements like every other park offers. This is the first location many, MANY visitors see before arriving at the Magic Kingdom or Epcot. When it is hot you will be miserable waiting in the sun for your ride. When it is raining and lightning you will be terrified, wet and miserable waiting for your ride.

Malfunctioning of the monorail because of a phone not staying on a hook made us late for our dinner reservations. Being a Florida resident I understand these things happening , but why be punished and have to wait longer for a table when you arrived 1 hr early for reasons like this that can't be avoided. It was not a magical day.
